They offer shampooing as well which is great because as a customer I like options. They had a great special going on at the time. The owner, employee, and secretary are very kind and curtious with me every time I deal with them. I have never had any problems with the service or any problem with them for that matter. When I call they pick up or get back to me right away. Their 24/7 service is awesome, had a major leak in my house around 11pm and they rushed over to help out with my soggy carpet. I actually had to call these guys to come out and finish cleaning and drying my carpet properly after I had already paid another well known company here in Alice to do so, so these are my go to guys. I have chipped tile in my bathroom floor and the owner did a wonderful job at replacing the tile for me as well. This place does it all, I love it. 5 stars for them and 2 thumbs up!

I told them that I would pick it up on Thursday since my company would arrive on Friday. When I dropped it off, it had been my third attempt to do so. Each time I went to their office/store they were not there. This was during normal business hours that anyone would expect a business to be open, not during a lunch time, not before 9 am or after 5 pm, but each time the door was locked and the open sign was off. There are no posted hours of business. Furthermore, I had called and left a message days before stating that I was standing outside their business at 3pm on a Friday and that it was my second time to try to drop off my rug. I never received a return phone call. I finally was able to drop off the rug on the following Tuesday and the owner proceeded to verbally abuse his secretary right in front of me. When I went on Thursday to pick it up, they were closed yet again after I specifically told them that I needed it on that day. After asking repeatedly what their hours of operation were, I still have not gotten an answer, I was told to call the secretary on her cell phone to make sure she was there. After calling repeatedly on the cell phone which she never answered, I went to the store to see that it was again locked up during what anyone would assume would be a reasonable business to function. I finally called the main number and got an answer, she was locked inside, not answering her phone, nor answering knocks on the door. I had to load up my own heavy rug because this little old lady was the only one there and then she said my bill had to be paid in cash and they were no longer accepting credit/debit cards. I told her that I would come pay it later in cash since I was already behind and my company was on its way. Paying for the cleaning was a repeat of previous experience, calling, stopping by, etc. It took me a week to be able to come by with cash because they were never there, not answering phones, etc. I tried to give them another chance since the secretary kept telling me that she had been in the hospital and had been sick, so I left another rug with them to be cleaned, they at least do a good job of cleaning. It has been several weeks and they still have it and I have not been able to pick it up. I do not recommend using this place, they do not know how to run a business without pissing people off.

This might result in a lose of insurance, fines, etc. Their contract lists payment included for 3rd parties (and gives detailed costs); however they do not document any payments (cannot provide proof of payment) which results in undocumented permits; in short, they get paid by the client but never follow through with payment to the city or engineer or complete permits. They city and engineer are unsympathetic to: I remember...I paid... but I can't find the receipt... Either they get paid or they don't. If the city or enginner have no evidence of payment, the permit applications that were orginally made never get observed through rough-ins or finalized, costing $1800. I would have to pay the engineer (AGAIN) because I already paid Franco as part of the contract-- and the engineer has no evidence of ever getting paid...That's a total of $3600! Despite the quality of their work, I think they're disreputable. I will gladly remove the post once the engineer gets paid (with receipt).

The two guys that arrived were professional, kind, and explained everything to me. Had a little light that they shined on couch and ottoman. It showed everything! Apparently my dog had more than one accident. I was so embarrassed, but the techs reassured me that they could clean everything out. 1 hour later, they were complete. Brought light back out and showed me. Everything was gone! My couch looked brand new! It does take 4-8 hours to dry. Worth every penny. I will do this at least annually.
