When I called to make sure that my taxes were filed, they were not yet and it has been three weeks. They made it sound like it was my fault. When I had my taxes done I told them that I would transfer money to my IRA the next day. I signed my taxes to be filed. The receptionist then put a note on my file to call me to verify. It was not done and this was explained when I called. Needless to say, I was not happy with the customer service. If you choose to use this company, make sure that you have everything in order and make sure to ask specific questions. I heard from another person that used them to make sure of this. I just hope that others have had a better experience than I did.

They didn't even pay out very much for the second (deer) one. Had I been aware of this, I never would have claimed the second accident (but at the time we didn't know the final cost). The moral of the story is, don't go with State Farm! It doesn't matter how long you've been with them, how many policies you have or how many other clients you've referred. The moment the have to pay out, they will dump you as soon as they can. Loyalty means nothing.
