My children absolutely love playing with all the fun stuff they have like zip lining, a trampoline, little ride on cars, they even have a rock climbing wall and so much more. The party room fitted our party comfortably with room for gifts, food, drinks, decorations, etc. They do most of the clean up afterwards even though as moms we do our best cleaning up after our kids but it is still really nice to be able have it covered. We went over to the ninja warrior course, which we were told it's great to upgrade to, and 2 of the courses had broken parts. The staff was aware of this and yet still wanted to offer the upgrade failing to let us know the parts were broken. I found that very unprofessional and unkind, Especially coming from the manager. My cousin and I were refunded, after the manager and her staff had an attitude and made it seem extremely difficult to want our money back for a broken course. We were not allowed to continue the ninja warrior course even though there was this inconvenience. I found that very odd. The place was clean for the most part, the trampolines were fun, as well as the dodgeball area. But all the other attractions were an upgrade. I just felt like any way they could get our money, they tried. Even the lockers to store your personal belongings were for a price! Overall we had a decent time, but for the price; I would say I wouldn't go back very often unless their specials were more inclusive with what they have going on building wide.

The trouble here clearly starts at the top. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Send your kids to a place with a staff that is held accountable to providing an exemplary experience for your children. Your kids deserve better. Another major concern I had was safety. They do NOT check IDs when you pick up your child, so anyone can walk in and pick up any child and the "kids running the show" would have no idea. The academic programs are written individually, taking into account the child's areas of interest, as well as electives. I found the staff to be really caring and interested in helping the children to succeed, while allowing them to find their way under good supervision. The campus is beautiful and the practical program is very full. They have, to mention a few, pottery, dance, music, visual arts, wood shop, team sports, cooking, karate...and the list goes on. I highly recommend this program for any parent to check into if they are looking for the best well-balanced, non religious private school in Clearwater.
