From the saucepans, stockpots, skillets, and fry pans, to the braisers, grill pans, griddles, and Dutch oven, Le Creuset has whatever cookware I could possibly need. I've even used the tajine to make Moroccan chicken. My favorite item of Le Creuset cookware, however, is not cast iron nor enameled but rather the 11-inch anodized aluminum fry pan with a disc of magnetized steel that enables safe compatibility with my glass top range while providing even heat distribution. I understand this disc also makes it compatible with induction cooktops. I find this pan has an attractive design, ergonomic handle, balanced weight distribution, sturdy construction, and overall durability that is useful for a variety of cooking applications. All around, it's just a wonderful product. My few communications with Le Creuset has always resulted in stellar customer service with them being attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and action-oriented. They ask appropriate questions and provide effective and expeditious results. And if action is required on their part, my experience is that response to communications is immediate, and shipping is within just a few days. Other companies should be so responsive and responsible. Whomever provides customer service training is doing a great job!
