I paid over $600 and trusted her to fix the zipper and re-bead the back -- but on my wedding day, the second I put my dress on, it completely failed. My chest dropped, the fabric creased, and I couldn't enjoy my ceremony. And Please note - my ceremony was only 30 minutes long. When I calmly brought this up, she screamed at me, got in my face, mocked me, dropped beads on me , and dismissed everything. The beadwork she did was already breaking -- beads were literally falling off the same day. Another seamstress later told me the dress just needed to be pressed -- which julie was trying to charge $200- $300 to do. Even worse? I asked the owner for her business name she operates under or LLC and was told they didn't know -- even though they've worked with her for years. I asked, "So you don't know if she's a legit business?" and they said, "Yes." The level of negligence is incredibly concerning, especially when they're sending brides for her for such important high-stakes work.

Before I could even finish, she yells at me to "stop talking" and continued to berate me about why I couldn't attend the event that I paid for etc. I didn't expect a refund in the first place but the way she talked to me shows what type of business they are and how they speak to customers. You can take that little deposit and go buy yourself an attitude adjustment. Be humble for the business you have.

We had my dad sized for his suit today for our August wedding and we were 110% satisfied. Lauren helped us and made sure to go over our party's attire and what exactly my dad would be wearing. She quickly sized him for his suit and even let us see different sizes for the suit as my dad was a little unsure. She really took the time and made sure we were happy with everything. We did have to wait about 15-20 minutes as other people were ordering and picking out group attire. We didn't mind waiting as we were greeted as soon as we walked in and the two staff kept reassuring us we'd be helped soon. This Men's Wearhouse is pretty small so if there's other parties don't be afraid to be close! We did gander around the store while we waited but noticed there isn't much room compared to other stores. The store was clean and the signing was very modern on the store front. I really had a great experience here and invite anyone in the Springs area to visit this store.

Absolutely loved our experience working with Lucia (Lucy) at Something New. She included everyone in our party, including the maid of honor on video call. We loved the semi-private fitting area and bright, natural light of their showroom. The views of the mountains are gorgeous in the background and we loved being able to enjoy our own charcuterie and Proseco, while we waited. The staff is so welcoming, sweet and "pretty in pink" and we are so happy our daughter said "Yes to the Dress - in COS" here at Something New. Prices were on the mid-range compared to other places we shopped in the Chicsho area, but the quality of the dresses here definitely made it worthwhile. I didn't own a suit and had to buy one as close to my size as possible, but it still needed alterations since it was a bit big.
