Unfortunately, the contractor who installed it was incompetent and damaged the lock. I was able to order replacement parts, but the contractor still could not get the lock working right. We reached the point where we did not trust the contractor to keep trying, worried that he would damage the door. I called Lake Area Safe & Lock Tuesday mid-afternoon, expecting to wait a few days for the actual service call. They called Wednesday, and Jeff showed up by mid-morning. Jeff obviously knew what he was doing. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and get the lock working in short order. The charge for the service was very reasonable.
