Do not rent from these people. Not sure about the whole company. However Mike Metzger team is shady. They pay the neighbors to watch you, they post cameras in the neighborhood and spy on the people they rent too. So much for our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!!! You ask for something to be taken care of even though you pay your on time or early. However you get no results for months on end. When you finally do it's half hearted work. read more
