He was professional, courteous, and very helpful--truly couldn't have asked for anyone better. I was told the installation could take up to 3 hours since wiring was involved. Instead of going home, I stayed in the area and visited a few nearby businesses. I even stopped at Athena's for lunch (that will be a separate review). By the time I returned to U-Haul, about 15 minutes later my vehicle was ready. The installer started around 12:00 noon and finished by 1:45 p.m.--well under the estimated time. My name is Kelli I traveled here from fort Smith Arkansas in a U-Haul I paid $350 roughly so now…read moreit's time for me to go back I am now in Lafayette Louisiana called U-Haul yesterday they told me that it would be over $800 for me to rent a U-Haul to go back where I came from keep in mind it only cost me 350 to get here but what a shitty company and a shitty state when you get screwed like this well I'm not getting screwed because I'm not renting a U-Haul I will figure something else out do not rent U-Haul when I called customer service they gave me the runaround and said there was a shortage of equipment so it I explained to her that I had driven by there and they had about 30 or 40 trucks sitting outside waiting to be rented so there's no shortage of trucks so don't blow that smoke up my butt you better turn it somewhere else and I also called Fort Smith and ask them about their current rates yesterday again it would only cost me $359To get here. Don't rent U-Haul if you can help it figure something else out
