Beer was amazing and super refreshing! We had the Brown Ale, the Bone Dust and 287 Blonde ale. My daughter said, "this is the best pizza I ever had!" We all agreed. The Nana Rose and Elote were the two pizzas we got! Definitely a great experience! read more

Great rooftop bar and selection of beer and food! Large variety of local brews on draft as well. I love that the beers on tap change so you can get a variety. The only negatives were the inability to get flights of beer on the top level, and the the cover that is meant to keep you cool opens with every slight breeze, so we could feel the blistering sun on our backs the whole time. I think it would be very nice on a cooler and less sunny day though! We did have great views of the city and I love that it was connected to the market to get snacks as well! Lots of parking. Skip this review if you enjoy non-traditional pizza. Maybe I'm just not their target customer, but I wasn't impressed with the food. I'm a traditional Chicago-style pizza fan, so lamb, sauerkraut, and peach sauce on pizza is lost on me. While there are multiple types to choose from on the menu, I was disappointed I couldn't make my own. This place has always received rave reviews, but aside from the beer, it was just "meh" for me. This is a beer and pizza place. The pizza crust is fantastic; thin enough to not overwhelm you with bread; solid enough where you can hold it and it doesn't flop around. Their pizzas are an eclectic mix of toppings that most people wouldn't expect. I had a pizza with lamb sausage, shredded beets, and mint that was the special of the day. My wife's was artichokes, wild mushrooms, basil, and pesto. There's also bison pepperoni as a big favorite. There's one with a chipotle sauce. You get the idea. A 14" pizza serves 2 people comfortably. Atmosphere is a little loud, as you might expect. Location is right across the street from Montana State University. Prices are reasonable. You can take kids with no problem. read more

Loved Bridger Brewing! We stopped in after a recommendation from a friend who used to live in Bozeman. The building is beautiful!​ The outdoor patio looked great but a storm was rolling in so we opted to sit inside. There is a​ bar in the center of the large main room with tables and booths around the exterior. We were able to be immediately seated at a two-person​ table near the kitchen. We ordered the 14" Italian Sausage Supreme pizza which was delicious! We both enjoyed the Lee Metcalf Pale Ale and I also suggest the Vigilante IPA! I wish I lived closer to Bozeman because I would be a regular customer! read more

New to the Bozeman area. And my husband is a big pizza fan, this place did not disappoint. We went on a Saturday and yes it was busy, but a good busy. We were seated right away. The waiter had such a calm, friendly energy. Exceptional service and amazing food. The appetizer (bread with garlic) was so delicious. Pizza had such fun flavors but was well thought out. So good. we looked online and it stated they opened at 11:00 AM. it was 25 minutes after and the door was propped open. we walked in and were told they don't open until 11:30. I was reading the menu and looking at the merchandise. some young gal came over and told me I needed to get out and wait in the lobby!!! On our visit we only came to try the beer, so we can't rate the food. Definitely a great brewery with a good selection of different beer types. Not heavy on one type so something for everyone. I had a flight to try a variety and all were really good. (White ale/cucumber ale/summer shandy/brown ale/stout) My husband is an IPA guy and liked both that he tried. Great pizza and the best service in Bozeman! On Wednesday they have live music in the back and has plenty of parking.

Stopped here on our way home from Sturgis. Waitress was super friendly and attentive. But the pizza... this was a good pizza. The name escapes me, but it had buffalo peperoni, fennel sausage and meat balls, and it was wonderful. Pretty inexpensive for two people. Would love to return if I'm ever in town again. read more

I had 4 star beer and pizza on my visit. Unfortunately, I had 2 star service. It was the middle of the day, and the middle of the week, last summer. They were not especially busy. But, for some reason, they could not seem to figure out who was supposed to be the server for our table. It took multiple requests to get a menu, place an order, etc. Once that minor ordeal was overcome, the rest was smooth sailing. I enjoyed some tasty brews and some decent 'za on a nice summer day. I just love eating from Yelp. We wanted lunch while traveling through. I also love to drink local beers. This brewery is on the edge of Montana State Univ. they have a pizza slice lunch you can't beat for price. Also, the have many beers they brew right here. I had the Bridger Blonde and the Lee Metcalf Pale Ale. The Blonde was a great lighter, crisp beer. I don't know who Lee Metcalf is, but his beer is great. For lunch we had two small salads. Fresh and great dressing. We also had the Bison pepperoni pizza slices. Great taste and thin crust. Very good. I would eat here again. Also, great service. Well worth the stop. read more

Having been raised in Chicago my pizza expectations are generally defined by the density- thick, huge pie? Yum. But however much i love me some Lou Malnatis, the pizza at Bridger is now topping the list. Especially the T-Rex. Plenty of yummy meat, fresh local bison- a little spicy but not too much. The Bridger Chop salad is one of the best salads i have ever had. But I love bacon which they heartily provide.The growlers are a bit on the expensive side... $15 for 1.89 liters. But the beer is good! The Vigilante IPA is great for IPA lovers and their rotating options are hit and miss. Definitely worth a visit. **The best part is that their pizza can be made gluten free and all of their beer is brewed to eliminate gluten!! It's a paradise for those who can no longer eat gluten but still crave pizza and beer. read more

One of the 11 breweries I could see here in Bozeman. I chose this one because they had a coffee stout. I'm sure glad I came here for dinner. The bison chili was outstanding and the coffee stout was delicious. I only had a pint of it and was already a little buzzed. I'll have to try there pizza next time I'm in town. read more

Cool little place. Would have got a 5 star but the bartender has little to no personality or customer service. The salad has maybe the freshest greens i've had. We had the cream ale. I LOVE the cream ale in those frosty mugs! Get the pizza with the roasted corn on it while you're there...so good! Our server was Emily and she was awesome. I tried to make a reservation a couple days in advance - was told to call back the day of to be put on the wait list. I called back, and was put on the waitlist. When I arrived with my party of 8, I was told very rudely that they don't take reservations and that we still had a 30 minute wait. Later, they apologized and admitted they had forgot to put me on the wait list. The pizza took forever and was not very good. The restaurant feels like an identity crisis - am I a bar, or a fancified Pizza Hut? Am I here for drunk ski bums or families? Either way, the place was packed (not a sign of anything good- EVERY restaurant in Bozeman is packed on Friday), and had no sound absorption so we were yelling to have conversation. I've been here several times and always had mediocre experiences, but this was the first one negative enough to prompt a review. My recommendations: Ale Works, Cafe Fresco, Mackenzie River, Copper, or Teds. read more

This is my second time visiting Bridger Brewing and both times have been a great experience. The patio is excellent with amazing views and the service staff is very welcoming and friendly. I haven't eaten here yet, but every single beer that I've had has been cold and delicious! I'm not sure what else a brewery can do to take it to the next level, but I'm sure they'll figure it out. read more
