The rudest, most racist cashiers and extremely unprofessional. I am utterly disgusted by the behavior and the way we were treated by the women who work here. As women they should act more professional and classy but instead they were ratchet and rude... the degrading mocking was by far the lowest of the low I've yet to encounter by such creatures. If you have a problem With translators then I suggest you hire a translator to do the job you seem to have a problem with. My recent experience with the currency exchange at this particular location was horrible. I've never in my life received so much disrespect and disregard from any location but this one. On Tuesday June 19 2018 at almost 7am an employee showed me no empathy, was very rude and also behaved in a very inappropriate matter. I called before my arrival to inquire about what I needed to bring to cash a check, because my bank was closed. The woman that answered said I only need an id. After I arrived the clerk asked for a letter from the issuer saying how much I was supposed to get due to it being from the treasury. That is not what I was told on the phone. The check has a watermark on it which shows that it is a legitimate check. You can see that it's real, my name is on it, and I have an id. Seems odd that they changed the requirements during my 20 minute drive, and then request personal letters on top of what I already gave. She was very rude, and when I called the customer relations number they told me that the owner of that currency exchange requests such documents. This was a waste of gas, and my time. Don't waste your time going to a place that is supposed to cash checks, because they are way out of line in their requests. They have no right to ask for anything besides a check with the recipient's name on it, verify funds, and request an id. Don't go here if you have a bank. Just wait until your bank opens. The bank cashes it with way less hassle, and it is free!!! I ended up depositing the check in the ATM of my bank, and it was available the very next morning! read more

The absolute rudest and worst service ive ever had. I recently paid for a title and plate transfer and when i go in to renew my sticker im told the state screwed up a digit but yet the paperwork for the state is right. If one doesnt know how to do their job then be open and tell me you dont know how to do something. All would be good. But this lady did nothimg but cop an attitude and try to tell me its my fault that i didnt renew the sticker when i did all the transfers a month in advance. Its my business when i decide to spend my money on the thimgs required by the state. If this lady doesnt like her job and wants to do nothing but be rude and criticize then quit. It seems that nothing has changed with this place. Even 2-3 years after nothing has changed. The women who work there are extremely rude and make it very obvious that you are a bother for coming in and interrupting their conversations, texting, personal phone calls, lunch, or whatever else they are doing instead of working.
