I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn't recommend them more I should also mention, Jordan was the only one to respond to me, and I called 3 others.
