We went here to try their breakfast buffet served on weekends from 09-12. A lot of things started off wrong this morning I must say! 1) Buffet only served at one Condeco location (this one) (we went to another one first) 2) Almost every seating in the house is low tables and chairs which means you cannot have a bad back eating here. Your knees are in your face the entire time. 3) Buffet offer one kind of bread loaf and the scones were not only rock hard but also yucky. Only cheese nothing else for your bread, and letting guests slice the cheese on their own never ends in a good way. You get a smoothie but nothing else to drink (like juice). No caviar for the boiled egg (not a must but a plus when served). 4) free wifi didnn't connect On the positive: Best interior of all Condecos Lots of space Sweet bakeries to end your breakfast with. Refill on coffee Free GP (local news paper) Many kinds of marmelade and jam Brie cheese and fruit So,even if it will be long again before I go here for breakfast myself, I am sure it appeals to others. Think, hipster, but not the American kind with dirty hair and weird clothing. I'm talking about the swedish kind with 300 credits Film History and horn rimmed glasses. Unless horn rimmed glasses aren't the thing that week. "Well, that sounds kind of dull, dude" you might think. No, because they are drunk and friendly! Second, the music. It matches the coolness of the rugged walls. You might hear an old Steve Forbert song or two (there is even a poster of him on the wall!) from the LP slinging DJ, or some weird bootleg from Daft Punk. Ask the DJ to play a song, and if your request goes through, you know you are one of the cool cats.

This place sucks. Full of try-hard hipsters and unfriendly bar staff. The place is small and poorly ventilated, by 1 AM the hipster stink is unbearable. The majority of the clientele are fake and snobbish. The food is as bad as you would expect from hipster try-hards, I doubt they prepare anything fresh. The place is dingy and not in an ironic way. Unless you are an obnoxious hipster, definitely avoid.

This is not a place you come and hang out inside, it's definitely a "factory" kind of ambiance, but luckily there's great views just outside and you can sit on the nearby rocks and enjoy your 5 Star ice cream there. We got three scoops, old fashioned vanilla, strawberry, and pear. I loved the strawberry, the ice cream was excellent quality and they have sorbets and soft serve available. I did not see an English menu but you can likely guess from the photos on the cards or ask an employee. They have some seating inside and a bathroom - the line gets long in the summer weekends but we only waited 5-8 minutes starting from a line outside the door.

Some of them are very popular and sells out early (like Gotlandsbröd). This is really not the place to go to for a "fika" (coffee and a sandwich) but it IS actually possible. There are room for one party of 2 or 3 in the windowsill. You get to choose whichever bread you like and they actually make it while you wait. Not the fancy ones you get at many cafes but it is like the one you make yourself at home and it tastes SO good!

The furniturea are all odd and there are many cozy cozy chairs, but none of them are suitable for eating breakfast. You know, they are low with even lower coffee tables that makes you "eat with the chin between the legs". Then you can choose the ordinary tables - but they are on the other hand not cozy cozy... Well, as usual - I tried their breakfast. Which passed my test! You get hot beverage (coffee in your own pot), egg (with "kaviar" for the Swedes who carve for that), yoghurt with jam and a good sandwich. The egg is not freshly boiled, but not "fridge cold" either, so I believe they were boiled this morning at least. Do not accept AMEX.
