I asked when he could start working and he said that he didn't have his calendar with him He promised that he would call that afternoon and schedule us. He had to decide on the best day to clean our house. Two days later I emailed him, no response back on the third day I decided I would just give him a call and he said that he was working on the schedule and would get back to me. He again promised he would call back when he decided on the best day to clean my house. It's been about 3 weeks now and I suspect that call will never come. What I can't understand is why he would put a special on yelp " $250 for $280 Deal at Folsom Cleaning Service". Who in their right mind would pay $250.00 for a deal of $30.00 off and maybe not even get a call back or even be put on the schedule for the job. UPDATE: Victor called. Since we wanted the house cleaned before Thanksgiving we couldn't wait forever. Prior to his call we hired another cleaning service to do a deep cleaning. I called and left a message to see if Victor wanted to set up an appointment for the every other week cleaning/ He never called back. I don't understand his way of doing business.
