Walk ins welcome which is great. It's a strange little store front but don't be turned off. I'm just out of my second visit. The first one was three months ago. I had aches and pains in my lower back. I didn't mention it to him but he exactly worked the areas needed and I felt amazing when I left. This time, it's after two hours of kayaking yesterday. This place accepts walk-ins and I for one am glad they do. I usually do not go and get "regular" massages as one might want. I am usually go in because I have done something to my body that now hurts. I go in and get the hour massage which is around eighty dollars and I do tip. But the massage itself is when they massage you they are using not only their hands but elbows, and arms (forearm). You need to communicate beforehand where you hurt so they have a clear understanding of what you want worked on. Also I ALWAYS get a deep tissue and for those who may not know what a deep tissue is, is really pressing hard on your body and you are typically sore the next day for 3 days-ish. Its normal because you were full of kinks and you waited too long to get them out. Hot showers and Professional Bio Freeze along with maybe a Tylenol will set you straight. They also apply enoough pressure to kind of crack your spine, which helps me out a lot. I have had the foot massage in here and its decent. I mainly go here to get myself staight and human again. Very clean, and gives good massage. I have has foot massages where they cover your eyes w a small towel and do light massage on your head, neck, arms and hands while your feet are in the warm tub of water. This really enhances the experience. They also end the massage w hot stones on your feet. I think if Bright Chi could: give the client a choice of using an eye mask, maybe do light massage arms, hands and neck to let peoples' feet stay in the warm water longer and use some warm stones at the end of the massage- it would really set the experience above the rest. I would go back to Bright Chi - they did a great job they were clean and the room smelled clean- all important. read more

Wow! My husband I were on vacation and loved how easy it was to make a last minute appointment. We were impressed by how clean and bright the place was. We were welcomed in and chose the deep tissue and foot massage. The prices were super affordable and the service was amazing. My deep tissue therapist got ALL the knots out of my over worked muscles and was intuitive yet asked enough questions to know what I needed. What an awesome massage! My wife and I were both very happy with the professional massuses and the cleanliness. Everyone is super friendly, and they make sure you're always comfortable. The prices and areas they will work on are posted, so there are no surprises. All work is done while you're fully clothed. Worst massage I've ever had. 1. They rushed us in 2. It was not a relaxing environment (no aroma therapy and all of the florescent lights were on) 3. TERRIBLE massage. I had to stop him half way through because I was so uncomfortable. 4. His crotch went on my head TWICE in 15 minuets. 5. They make you keep all your cloths on which would be fine if they were charging for that kind of massage but they're charging for the full experience. No oil or anything I've had more relaxing massages from police pat downs. After I stopped him half way through and was clearly uncomfortable they still charged me full price for the time I was there. She found many tight spot knots in and near spine without me telling her which areas needed more attention and the only thing negative was that I should have made a 2 hour appointment. Great place for a foot massage. This place is fairly new but the people and the massages that they provide are good and a good price. I have gotten foot and table massages from this group. Both are excellent. I like their foot massage better. You start by putting your feet in a tub of hot water. They take your feet out and clean and massage them one at a time. All massages are fully clothed and I challenge you not to relax and fall asleep. It is very relaxing. I highly recommend this company if you want a relaxing massage. read more

Give very good massages. My husband has a herniated disc in his back that can cause his back muscles to spasm; it happened recently and when he went in he did not mention it to the masseuse; however, the masseuse noticed it right away and asked if my husband was okay and then worked on his back the entire time. My husband felt much better afterwards. We are regular customers now as they do a great job for a fair price and it makes a really big difference for my husband's chronic back pain. You would get a better massage from an electric massage chair at the airport. They don't get deep, don't ask what's bothering you, and massage through your clothes and a towel. If your new to massages you may like it but if your expectations are a higher quality deep tissue massage, don't waste your time or money.
