Worst cable company I have ever had. When they install, they do not even provide you with a channel list! Remote is not intuitive. For example, to get to On Demand you hit the On Demand button, but it takes you to only about 3 "free" offerings listing "things to do" in Central FL. To find others, you have to hit "Menu" then search - a mess. Cannot pause live TV except on the main DVR TV, cannot set up to record except on the main TV. Get into this century, will you?!?!?!? I have had AT&T, Comcast, DirecTV, Dish, and others - THIS IS THE WORST. Once my contract runs out, I WILL RUN AWAY FROM THEM to Dish or DirecTV. read more

I called Bright House to hook up cable phone service for my 89-year-old mom, whom I just moved to an assisted living facility in Palm Coast. I was told she was on the schedule for the next day between 2 and 4 pm. No one showed. So I called that night and was assured she was on the schedule the next day at the same time. I was with Mom from 1:30 to 5:30 pm. Again, no one showed. Lying to an elderly woman, whose phone is her lifeline to her only child, is beyond reprehensible. read more

The wifi is great but at my house we have a add-on to the back of it and we have echo but only the 1 modem and the signal strength doesn't reach upstairs on the add-on to my xbox one and that really pissed me off but otherwise the wifi is great and at a resonance price cause I got 200mbps of download and 20mbps upload and home phone and it's 117$ a month prices are REAL REASONABLE and also the guy who came out here was a real jerk he was on snapchat talking to his friends while we were trying to explain something to him about the wifi and the customer service over the phone was ehh... OK but I would explain all this to someone before recommending bright house and all we have avaibale in are area is AT&T and they absolutely SUCK so we don't have much of a chose and I rated it 2 stars read more

Unfortunately I had cancel after 15 months of service and I must say it was the EASIEST process. Not only was the process easy, the price for HD TV and WI FI was more than reasonable. 5 stars. Customer service was excellent. All smiles and hellos. read more
