I reached out to Chrissie Keillor, instructor and owner, who was extremely outgoing, driven, and interested in my wellbeing. She invited me back online to take advantage of her various other yoga classes. Since I was a remote beginner without anything but a yoga mat in my possession, she always allows alternative movements/stretches that are easier and don't require special equipment. I have the option to turn on my camera or leave it off from the comfort of my home. I am well aware I will NEVER be a pro or make things look as easy as Chrissie. I have officially accepted this.
