I will be reporting this business to the BBB. I have never felt so swindled by a company before- especially one who is supposed to help you. Really, if I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Also- they are so unprofessional that the phone number given on their website and on google and other places is someone's cell phone number. So irresponsible, illegal, and negligent.

I had three people verify they heard her say she accepted his insurance and she still denied saying it. I paid out of pocket and we decided to do the next session as family counseling to put it under my insurance. The next session was one week later and she came out to get us and only took my son back. I asked her at the end if she was going to bill my insurance and she said she was. The next day I got a text message from her that she couldn't bill my insurance because it wasn't his policy. I told her I know that we had talked several times about this and she had no recollection. For Therepist to not remember anything from just a week prior and doesn't write anything down is very concerning to me. Just be aware she clearly doesn't take notes and she's not paying attention to you.

I even called them once I got released and ask them what part of any of that did they consider rehab. They didn't have an answer. You are locked out of your room at 7am so you had no access to your bathroom unless you found a staff member that could unlock your door. People that couldn't hold it were given adult diapers to wear. You are on complete lockdown with no exits. If the place ever catches on fire, a lot of people would die. You weren't allowed basic hygiene like shaving. The food was disgusting. I even vomited it back up a couple of times. It was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life. I couldn't even imagine prison being this bad. The care quality was nonexistant. This is the kind of place you would put your child in just to get them out of your hair for a while. But there was no rehabbing going on. I have no photos because all of your belongings were taken away, including your cell phone. But the pictures on their website are very misleading.

My sessions were not productive and I would find myself moody at the end of the sessions. I then started seeing the new therapist, if I can even call her that, who wasn't helpful either and when I experienced a crisis she became biased and was not even listening to my concerns. I felt judged and disrespected. I requested my record to be transferred and her notes don't reflect the substance of our sessions. The notes are generic in content and only denotes what they want to portrait of me which is not reflective of my persona. If I could, I would give them a complete "0". Stay away from this place. Do not accept their suggestions and if it involves large amounts of money, please seek a second opinion.
