They were absolutely not high pressure and it took us a few months to actually decide. Josiah would text occasionally to update us on specials but that was it. After installation, if I have had any questions on maintenance, I just call and Josiah immediately answers and patiently walks me through solutions. What a relief. After all, we wanted the hot tub to help us relax and wind down not to have additional responsibility in maintaining. They have made it extremely easy. Repeated requests for help net either no response, or appointments that are missed with no follow on call. Honestly, it is so bad that they recognize me immediately when entering the store and say "oh - we didn't get out there again, did we"...and then we do it all again, with the same result. If you are lucky and your tub just works, then great - the sale part is fine. However, if you ever have a problem, then good luck dealing with these folks!

The issue with hot tub Heaven is that the problems have been ongoing now for sometime and feels more like how this place is currently run. I feel I should be fair when rating a company and over the last couple of years I'd say that hot tub Heaven has more than earned their two star rating. When we bought our hot tub we worked with Jimmy John to get the right hot tub and set up the delivery and install. Apparently he is one of few shining stars at this place and I'm not sure if he's even there anymore. The feeling we get is that this is a great place to buy a brand new hot tub, but when you need products or services after the purchase of the tub itself, good luck. We have resorted to ordering all of our chemicals on Amazon because this business has done absolutely nothing to keep us as customers. When I have questions and I call them they answer the phone every time like they are at a funeral and you are bothering them. As I said, I would not give any business a low rating because of one single incident, but a dozen or so phone calls in the last two years and every time they answer that way. I requested for someone to call me back about setting up a service of my hot tub, been waiting 6 months for that call back. I requested a repair appointment for a leak in the tub (which I caused, not a fault of the tub or the company) and the woman I spoke to said that even though they do repairs to hot tubs they may not be able to fix a leak because it may require plumbing work and removal of insulation. I literally told her, "ma'am, it's a hot tub, everything in it is plumbing or electrical. Do you not work on plumbing as part of the repair process? Also, insulation can be pulled out and put back in or replaced if it's saturated. It's not like is concrete and would have to be broken out." She sighed heavily, because as I said, I'm bothering her and she is apparently at a funeral. She then told me she could get someone out to look at it, but not to hold my breath on it being fixed because they probably can't fix what's wrong with it. I kept the appointment just in case, but I hung up the phone with her and contacted an actual hot tub repair person who got me in the following day and was able to repair the simple issue of replacing a hose clamp and reseating a water line that had popped off. He was also able to work around the insulation which seems to be a daunting task for hot tub Heaven. In short, hot tub Heaven and the people they currently have there do not seem to care about their customers. They don't care enough to call you back to take care of a problem, they don't even seem to want anyone's business. So we will oblige them and never use them again for any service or product needs. Also, if we upgrade our tub in the future we will not bother them with our business, we will take our business somewhere that it's appreciated.

Waited all day and called to find he forgot to put it in the computer? They came the following week and put together a parts list. 2 months later parts came in and scheduled the repair. I'm waiting the morning of the repair and Abraham calls to cancel because it's too cold? He said the temp has to be above 50 degrees for the PVC cement to set. All weather PVC cement will set down to -15 degrees Fahrenheit. I told them to get the right material for the right situation and don't make me waste another day on this, going on 3 months now. The tech does eventually show up, but still uses the wrong cement even after I asked him point blank to use "all weather". Spa's still leaking. Total incompetence. Thanks Abraham

They fully renovated two full bathrooms, and the team was very attentive and professional throughout. The primary bath needed major electrical and plumbing rework, but the guys did it with ease and to my liking. Melissa was very helpful when selecting the shower walls, floor tiles and even the small vanity handles. She was present in person during important days of the project, and always available over phone. Kurt and the guys were also professional and courteous of the house and my privacy as they worked two full weeks to complete the renovations. Kurt also recommended and installed a carbon water filter during this same project timeframe. In the end, I'm very happy with the results. Will recommend this team 100%

He did it at a super reasonable price too. A couple weeks later, we noticed a leak. We thought it was the water heater, so we called. Brian came right out that day to take care of it. It turned out to be the air conditioner, which had been very poorly maintained in the past. He went above and beyond cleaning it and solving the problem. Again, he was fast, friendly and did it right, again showing us photos of everything, and again, it was far cheaper than we expected. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I contacted The Electric Way to troubleshoot and fix two GFI plugs that weren't working. One was…read moredead, the other was throwing the breaker. I was able to get an appointment the next business day. Travis was able to troubleshoot and repair (replace) the offending exterior GFI plug which solved the problem with the second plug. He also tightened another exterior GFI that was loose to the wall (stripped screws) and then removed an old round fluorescent light fixture and replaced with an LED fixture I had already purchased. He was prompt, professional, friendly and the price was very reasonable. They are now my go to for all things electrical.
