Let me start with telling you about the Norwell Branch Manager, Nate Scott. A power of example in professionalism, kindness, compassion, and a commitment to results. When my application was pending he asked a few additional questions to which days later he demonstrated an understanding of my situation that showed compassion, humanity, and a genuine interest in helping me realize my outcome of a loan to improve my financial health. In his absence one day following a Nor'Easter I had the pleasure of meeting Leah Page, branch manager filling in from Brockton.....she had all of Nate's strengths matched and an understanding and willingness to share of her own personal experiences as a customer in my shoes (trying to recover from financial distress). This added the most human touch I've ever received from a credit union. That on top of her ability to identify, offer solutions, and hope balanced with realism make her a one-of-a-kind gem. I am honored to have crossed paths with such a professional woman. Lastly I tip my hat to Mr. Hennessey for all that he did to move my application through to the end while (and despite) being out unexpectedly from a family death. His knowledge of lending parameters and loan models lend him to speak a language that clearly demonstrates his proficiency while being able to simplify terms so that a layman like me could understand. My application process originated and pended during a stretch of time that encompassed two HUGE winter storms. I was pleasantly surprised to get updates just about every day, even when there was no result and the levels of customer service this branch holds themselves to are mind-blowing. Life was extremely hectic that week and I was lucky enough to deal with Mike Grady. He went above and beyond to make this fast and simple..even took the time to call my insurance company for me. I switched to SoFi online banking because this bank was so bad. They are so outdated, the app looks…read moreand works like it's from when apps were first created. You can't add your card to your apple wallet, you can scan a check into the app. It's all so outdated. My account went overdrawn while working to change things over to a new bank and they charge you for the fees...makes sense. One day I checked and they charged me 6 times at once. So I call and I tell the very rude lady on the phone that I'm taking care of it and I have already switched the bill to my new account. I'm not sure why they keep trying to take it out of this account but in the meantime could you help me stop these fees from coming out. She said no as quick and rude as possible. I've had other banks before so I know that usually there is something they can do. But I guess not Quincy credit union. They suck, their customer service sucks, the app sucks. Don't use this bank!!!

When I attempted to transfer monies from my existing financial to Bluestone I found out that it electronically takes 1 week. One day after the allotted time had passed, I tried to log-in to my account to no avail. I contacted the main office, and after a brief time on hold, the rep came back and said that my account has been closed due to a zero balance! Are you kidding me?? This was the worst banking experience I have ever been a part of in my 70+ years and if I could have rated it less than 1, I would have done so!
