Well what more to say but what a total waste of time effort and life, dealing with these total Imbiciles.
Firstly there pricing is a total waste of time and way off the mark. - bore no resemblance to the first quote we were given - pence turned into pounds!
Designs were ok'd by "Jack" - who said he would call/email us when they were ready. TWO WEEKS later when WE contacted him - he said he had not got round to doing our order!
In addition, when we picked up the promos - they were wrong - etched too deeply - scorched and with holes in the wrong places - not even centralised.
Some items had not been produced at all - as they did not have the required material! They said they could not justify buying some! (We found out later that a whole sheet of the required material would have cost about £6 and would be enough to make hundreds of items!)
We were told that the scorched effect could be rubbed off using "Brasso!" - as if we were going to do that for each item - running into the hundreds.
Basically they fobbed us off with poor workmanship - shoddy seconds that we could not even photograph.
Very poor customer relations and very sloppy unprofessional attitude towards potential business.
They clearly make so much money that they don't need new business. They most certainly will not be getting ours! As a result of our experience we will definitely not be recommending Brighton and Hove Plastics to any of our business and personal contacts.
We were left with a bitter taste in our mouth over what could have been an exciting business project.
As a complete contrast we subsequently found a small company called "HERITAGE INLAY" - based in Brighton. 100% professional, vastly more experienced and skilled - over thirty years.
Customer friendly, and within minutes they had produced a promo to a much superior standard and in addition, offered a much more realistic and really competitive price.
So we would highly recommend that anyone needing a professional laser engraving done - save your time, breath and money - go to HERITAGE INLAY! and forget Brighton and Hove Plastics! read more
