Well I am here to say that it was the best decision I made. Mrs. Noel is very loving and caring with my daughter. She is up waiting for me every morning, ready to receive my daughter. My daughter cries upon meeting everyone, but not with Mrs. Noel. She took to her right away. She plays and interacts with the kids through songs, reading, outings, computer literacy and more. She keeps my baby fed, clean, happy, loved, stimulated and most importantly safe. I would recommend her to anyone looking for daycare.

Aftwr speaking with other mothers involved all the kids were also coming home hungry and thirsty. The last straw was a parent I didnt talk to regularly calling me to tell me my newborn was shut in the room alone with no supervision crying in distress. I tried to call and check on my kids no response and pulled my children immediately. She cried to be left at school, she had severe tantrums at home, and she was starting to hit. We do not use any form of physical punishment in our home & we do not teach her to fight. The toddler room has been thru several teachers because the classroom is so chaotic that teachers cannot run it. None of the teachers have a degree or know anything about special needs which is a huge red flag considering the fact that they accept children with disabilities. And I believe this company is all about the money. My child is autistic so she is nonverbal. One day she came home with a bite mark and no one knew how it happened & they did not allow me to view the cameras. They wrote me a piece of paper that was just to cover their behinds. Fast forward now my child is in a chaotic toddler room and I drop my child off and I noticed that her cry elevated and I went back to see what was wrong and there is a little girl standing over top of her slapping her in her face. The teacher back was turned towards the kids and she didn't even care that there was a child crying. As soon as I stormed in the room the teacher wanted to act like she cared. I wasn't having it. I got so emotional and pulled my child immediately. Another incident is I saw a teacher yank a child by his arm and scream at him "WERE IN THE HALLWAY" I spoke to management about it and they shrugged it off until I said I was pulling my daughter from the center. I had a meeting with corporate and she decided to bring the teacher back and my mind is blown! Corporate daycares like celebree do not care about your kids, they only want your money!

I understand that can be difficult for staff but they are a full daycare that deals with diapers daily. The only option offered was to pay the salary for an aide just for him. Despite medical documentation service was denied. I'm not even sure that is legal but once it was clear that they did not choose to work with him we had to find alternative care. His mother was a terrific client who tried hard to communicate and work with them. She never made a late payment in 4 years there and never picked up late. They kept trying to convince her to put in writing that she was withdrawing him so that the truth that they expelled him for a medical condition would be hidden. Jan 2026

The daily updates that get sent to your email along with reminders are very helpful for reinforcing what they are learning during the day. I feel as if I can ask questions that relate directly to their day rather than "how was your day?" The staff is very friendly and engaging. The food is made on site, so I know it is fresh and healthy. They are very diligent in their ratios of caregiver to children. They have worked hard with my grandson to help him socialize better, as he was kept home for many months and didn't have a lot of experience with other children. We made our payments every 2 weeks and because shes money hungry suspended my child because she couldn't get her payment every week. And she doesn't work with anyone. I paid just so my son can go to daycare and play he didnt learn anything. His teacher was amazing though she had such a sincer heart i hope she can find an establishment tht will take great care of her. Or start her own business. I pray they prosper or she goes back to business management school to learn how to run an establishment!
