Jim is a true gem, he challenges the kiddos to be active participants in their learning. The most impressive part is that he treats each kiddo with the same respect he would treat an adult. Too often kiddos don't get this same level of respect and when you are able to find a human who truly appreciates and is interested in interacting with kiddos you have to celebrate them! This daycare had two incidents of Hand, Foot, and Mouth within a one-month time span. We pulled him out before it got worse. The lead infant teacher is kind, caring, and passionate about her job. I can't say the same for others. I've seen teachers and parents walk into the room barefoot or with sneakers on. I've seen uncleaned pacifiers given to children. Communication to parents is poor. When I reached out in writing to inform the school I was pulling my son out because we had been in the emergency room two times in one month and that he was sick, no one ever replied back to me but they deactivated our account. I wasn't going to write this review until that happened. That just shows you how much they care about your children. The only upside is the learning program. My son enjoyed all of the activities - water day, painting, etc. However, his health is more important and we can do those things from home safely. Proceed here with caution.

I have taken both of my children to the facility and i am still shocked by how EXCELLENT the care is at Little Lamb's. The staff is friendly caring and knowledgeable about child care. They make a point to develop your children in a safe and loving environment. The attitude of the staff is always friendly and loving towards my children. Our oldest son has now advanced into the school that they have there (Shepherd Christian School) and he feels safe and comfortable to see his teachers when he was 4 and 5 years old. The most important thing to me was that the staff turnover is ZERO. When i had taken my children to other child care centers it seemed that people quit all the time. This left my child learning someone new and someone new learning my child. My experience at Little Lamb's has been one that has changed my children's lives. I am truly thankful for the excellent care that they provide.
