Often issues they would fix would resurface again because they weren't fixed properly and often the problems would become worse. This was a pervasive problem, and it was always very difficult to get things fixed in a reasonable manner without significant effort and follow up. Over time from living here I became more and more sick. I started suffering from significant joint pain and headaches to the point where I couldn't even do basic things. I went to the chiropractor, physical therapy, and an orthopedic doctor. However, the pain subsisted and cost me a substantial amount of time and money off of work and on healthcare costs. Eventually, I discovered a lot of mold in one of the rooms. It was a rather substantial amount everywhere which was exacerbated by the constant leaking since it was never fixed properly after numerous requests. After more investigation it was discovered on the ground, through the floors and walls, through the ceiling, and in numerous other areas as well. Even the vents and carpets had it. I spent a few months having to spend my time at the homes of family or in other locations and they never offered to help with any costs due to this. Professional inspection showed there was an extreme concentration of 5 different species of toxic mold including Stachybotrys (Black Mold), Penicillium/Aspergillus, Memnoniella, Hyphae, and Chaetomium. It was never eliminated properly, and only very surface level work and painting over the mold was done. One night they worked in one of the rooms and messed up the water line and I had no water. Eventually they would follow me around and use threats instead of addressing any further issues after repeated requests. I eventually moved out and I had many articles of clothing ruined. This along with my health has cost me a significant amount of time and money. Stay away at all costs. Edit: The owner has responded, and I see no way to actually reply publicly to the comment. I don't understand why they would bother denying this happened when I have pictures of the actual apartment in the review. It's easily proven and verified. More and more landlords refuse to fix anything and just wish to deflect blame.

The staff has always been wonderful. I recently had a couple issues in my apartment and the manager Meagan was quick to get the repairs done for me as she always has. The only reason I'd ever have to leave here is relocating or purchasing my own home. The price for apartments is affordable and they are spacious and nice. Love it here!

Located amongst the gorgeous and underrated and unheralded lake country of Georgia, NE of ATL, in the distant suburbs, is Gainesville, not far from Buford, and full of suburbia and country living and wildlife living. Atlanta is infringing upon it annually, more and more, but it's still idyllic in many ways, as far as a somewhat segregated relic of the past can be. It's almost as far from ATL as Athens is, but feels more like it's integrated into the ATL area, probably because NE ATL is non stop suburbs all the way, such as some of the best areas of ethnic foods and diversity along Buford Hwy. It's the main city in Hall County, and a great one too. It's known as the Poultry Center of the world because of all the chicken manufactured here. It's technically part of ATL metro, which I agree with. It was the first place south of Baltimore in the USA to ever have street lamps - one of the few forward thinking things this city ever did. Lake Lanier is the main geographical thing nearby, but amazingly it's a man-made lake. I did not know that until I came here. Olympic Rowing competitions were held here in the 96 Olymps. Recently, Prime Pak Foods/Foundation Food Group murdered 6 people here by having unsafe and nightmarish working conditions, and asphyxiating half a dozen near-minimum-wage employees with liquid nitrogen, which even after the leak was not paid attention to or properly diagnosed, and caused the deaths. I'm hoping that people will go to prison for this, and that the entire fortune of those companies can be split amongst the families of the victims. 40% of the city is now Latin because of the poultry jobs... and it's those communities worst affected by that murder.

That was very disappointing. that shouldn't be used as earned income because you cant get that money unless retired of quit the job. better policy needs to be put in place
