In the beginning as in most jobs there were a few growing pains/ minor issues when getting started but I can say that the Owner, my former boss, Dawn Molina treated me with the utmost respect and treated me like family. She takes pride in making sure that staff are taking care of patients appropriately and has a caring and giving attitude towards people in need. As mentioned prior i worked for Dawn twice and that was in a 3 year petiod. I recommend RGHH for patient care as well as a great place to work. I worked in Business Development and would still work there if i was younger and in better health. I wish Dawn and her Company the utmost Best for the future!

      It is very unfortunate that a home health agency that is supposed to be a support system has such…read morerude, unprofessional, unethical, aggressive, argumentative, and bitter clerks who are so into themselves that they cannot see past their selfishness. Or maybe they are just too lazy to be flexible with the schedule when an attendant has an emergency and can't come in. I am specifically speaking about the clerk assigned to my mother's case Yesenia Martinez. This woman is the worst at dealing with people and obviously has no customer service skills or an ounce of care toward her clients. Not only is she aggressive, rude, and unprofessional, but she is also threatening. She would tell my mom's attendants that she would scratch the day if they didn't sign out on time and even when one did, but the token didn't compute, she threatened to scratch her day. Lastly, when I told another person from her agency that I was switching over to a new agency because of Yesenia's lack of empathy and professionalism, Yesenia took it one step further and texted the attendants telling them she was terminated the authorization effective today and for them not to come to work the next day because they were not going to get paid. There is no other word to describe what she did other than relation. Unfortunately, the owner Ms. Rodriguez, for unknown reasons, cannot see how bitter and unhappy this woman is and that she takes out her bad mood and work frustrations on her clients and attendants.

The front desk was why I would not recommend this place, especially with Angie. She is rude on the phone but nice in person. They are unorganized, rude, and condescending. I had issues with rescheduling and being told the right time. I had several times where they told me on the phone when the appointment was going to be rescheduled for but later find out that they reschedule for hours later or didn't actually reschedule. Also, they would forget to call you about canceling appointments.
