This was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, there was barely a greeting and the atmosphere felt cold, dated, and had an odd smell. All the dresses are sold strictly off the rack, so you're responsible for paying for tailoring separately. While they do offer a variety of options, many of the dresses felt cheaply made--which does match their lower price point. We came in to help my sister search for her dream dress, but the woman assisting us had an unfriendly attitude and even made an unprofessional comment, saying my sister wouldn't find anything within her budget at her next appointment elsewhere so she's better off buying something here. That remark alone left her feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to return. Overall, the pushy sales approach made the experience feel more like being at a used car lot than a bridal shop. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want to feel respected and supported during such an important purchase. read more

I really loved and was impressed with the dresses and the customer service at this bridal shop. I had gone to David's Bridal previously and was not wow'ed by anything and the staff didn't seem to know what to do. But when I came here, the staff was friendly, and my consultant (I am so sorry I forgot your name!) was very sweet and super patient. I was nervous but she was encouraging and found dress after dress that I might like both in and far below my price range (always a plus). The ladies stayed 20 minutes after closing hoping I would choose, but were very kind when I said I'd have to come back the next day since I felt a lot of pressure and stress. They offered for us to come in the next day, and my mom and I agreed. When I came back the next day at opening, my consultant was there with both of the dresses I was struggling to decide between on display. She made my mom and I feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. She even had a flower crown for me to wear since she knew I wasn't planning on wearing a veil. I ended up buying a beautiful, dreamy dress that I'm in love with! Even though it wasn't the more pricy one, which would have given her more for commission, she was super supportive and never even hinted, mentioned, or looked disappointed. She was genuinely looking out for my best interests. I made sure to leave a great tip, because it's some of the best service, kindness, and patience I've received in the whole wedding planning/preparation experience. I'm sorry, I forgot my consultant's name (I have an idea for the name but not sure if it so I don't want to mess it up). but if you see a young woman at the Brilliant Bridal in Union Hills/Phoenix area with dark curly hair and greenish/blue eyes, and she says "gotcha girlie," then she's going to be perfect for your bridal party! Her partner who helped me get into a few dresses (blonde lady with more black and white patterned outfits) is also very nice. Really the whole team is great! Extra tidbit: If you go to a bridal expo and Brilliant Bridal is there, sign up for an appointment. We had a terrible experience here. The stylist made us feel rushed and was quite rude. After my sister tried on three dresses that were the incorrect size, the stylist told her the store didn't have any dresses for her. After my sister came out of the dressing room looking totally defeated, we went to the racks and picked some additional dresses for her try on in better fitting sizes and styles. The stylist seemed irritated we stepped in to help and continually acted like she had no desire to help her find a dress. My sister did end up finding a couple of dresses we pulled for her that she liked. Unfortunately due to the terrible experience and rude staff she did not select a dress from this store. It felt really private, but also open to the store so my stylist could grab other options for me as I tried things on. Speaking of my stylist, Alli was absolutely amazing!!
