She even sources each of my wedding bouquet flowers every year so my husband can send them to me for our anniversary. Recently we did a tea party themed birthday and Missy and her team created a unique floral arrangement for 12 different tea cups, a tea pot, and creamer and sugar bowl. The final product was magical. She kindly took my name and number and said she would return my call. After no call back, I tried again a few weeks later and left a message on her voicemail...again, no call back. I tried once more a couple of weeks later and left a message stating I was having an issue getting a call back. Nikkie then responded and was kind and apologetic. I requested pricing and recommendations for bridal bouquets for an upcoming wedding. She was helpful and said she would call me back with a quote on Monday. By Wednesday, I still had not received a callback and left two more messages with no response. It is understandable if she was unable to handle the request, but highly unprofessional to be completely unresponsive. She should have simply let me know she wouldn't be able to do the job. Thankfully, we found a reputable florist who was more than happy to be a part of my daughter's special day. It's now been almost three weeks and we never did get a follow up or explanation. Poor business practice!
