First she…read moresays my leg swelling after 3 months was probably post op swelling, then sends me for ultrasound to check for blood clots which was negative. I wrote on my chart to see if she could tell me something to take for the swelling , she then tells me she doesn't think it was surgery related and go see someone else. If you don't care about your patients or don't know what you are doing, you need to find another line of work. I am going to report her to Prisma home office and also going to check in other places for medical malfeasance. She needs to get more training or another career.

Hillcrest Family Practice was such a pleasant experience. First of all, I had labs drawn prior to my first visit and I believe Legra (spelling) took my samples and I dont think I have had anyone better draw the labs. She was simply the best! The front office staff is super friendly and I have not had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get in to the waiting room to see the Dr. Dr. Knapp is thorough, friendly, informational and professional.
