Mike was able to pull the broken piece out of the laptop with his tools. He didn't have the correct charger in stock. So he looked through his box of odds and ends and found an end that fit my laptop. He soldered it to my power cord and the thing works beautifully. I was very impressed. His bill was very reasonable (gave him a big tip). Really nice guy, very smart.
