. Again!!- Treated rudely by Wrfcu. friends told me to call Kim to help me get a refinance…read moreloan. They highly recommended her. Called , busy, left message; 2 days later called again, got some one who said she'd pass my message on to Kim- That afternoon, a man named Jon called me. Sounded young , eager. I gave him what he needed to to see if they could process. a loan. He asked about " anchors". Told him I'd fax a picture. he said "I,m not an engineer, but maybe my boss can tell me if what you have will work. ". I faxed him a picture of the anchor. 2 days later I called him. He said, I'm not an engineer. I reminded him of what he had said. A week went by. I realized I was blown off. Not even the courtesy of a phone call telling me they couldn't do it. WRFCU is the is one of the rudest businesses i have ever tried to do business with, in my opinion . I will tell my friends who recommended them to me and any one else I know who may be looking for a loan. My recommendation?. Find another Credit Union who will be more appreciative of your interest in what it has to offer. Again, in my opinion the last 3 letters of their initials sums up their attitude towards potential customers who don't want a half million $ loan- Jack stevenson

I used to work in the banking industry for several years. I was heavily trained and policies and…read moreprocedures as well as customer service, so I feel extremely frustrated with my experience whenever I leave this bank. When I go to this bank and make deposits into a family member's account, they routinely send me out receipts with a full balance on the account knowing perfectly well that I do not have access to do so. They are being lazy at their job and not checking the requirements, if I'm not listed on the account why would they send me the account balance? Additionally, today I went to make my monthly deposit and the teller did not greet me, she then proceeded to roll her eyes as I was having difficulty getting my ID out of the tiny slot on my wallet. I then looked at her and said you're not supposed to send me his balances because I am not on the account...... Managers please do a better job of training your tellers. policies and procedures and customer service are above and beyond the most important things you can do in any industry, more important than customer service is keeping personal account information confidential. Do us all a favor and make sure it doesn't happen again please. Thanks
