Bristol has over 60 RCF I facilities in MO, according to their website. I would think twice about putting a loved one in any of them. I have experience with two facilities around the Sedalia area now, and here are my thoughts - managers are okay, but obviously over worked and under paid, which should send up a red flag when you are relying on them to care for your mom or dad; I've had to call the corporate office before and was treated very rudely by the receptionist and this woman named Joyce, who I believe was a VP of some sort. And the buildings are not well maintained and are falling down around the residents. Look elsewhere. read more

I am very familiar as well with the facilities in Sedalia Mo. I have had family members in both the Bristol Manor and LandMark Terrace. I think these facilities are remarkable, and can't think of a bad thing to say about them. They are clean, well maintained, and most importantly the residents in both facilities are extremely happy.
