I visited BHS Jersey yesterday to buy two table lamps. I was served by 'Sam' who was incredibly helpful. After I had expressed interest in a particular lamp, he showed me others that were available, told me about acquiring a BHS card (which I did) with the result that I bought the two lamps at an amazingly good price. I could not take them with me immediately but Sam promised me that when I returned about 45 minutes later he would bring them down to the car for me. Which he did - quite a heavy box!
