Not sure who this 'Simon J' is. It was almost 7 years ago and we have just seen it today (January 11th, 2018) for the first time. We have no record of any dealings with a 'Simon J ' around the time of this posting or any time in fact.
From what we can see, 'Simon J' has recorded only one review - this one - which is rather odd.
Presumably, if these reviews are to have any value or validity, there needs to be evidence of a pattern of some sort and the reviewers would need to declare who they are. Otherwise, any oddball with a grievance, perhaps a rejected teacher even, can come on here and masquerade as a parent.
Our recommendation to parents and tutors would be that they consult the Good Schools Guide which provides a thorough review of tutoring companies.
