He left materials in garage even though he said they had to be brought inside to get accustomed to the humidity. When removing much of the trim work to paint, they broke many pieces and charged me to replace them. He stained them and they came out completely different in color. If I hadn't had said anything, he would have let it go. The paint was sub par, you could see many of the roller marks. The transitions put in place on the floor are horrible. Straight cuts without evening trying to blend it in. The front door was left bare where bottom meets floor. He put caulking down to "fix" it. That is not how you properly fix it. He left some spots on the floor uneven and my floor sinks a little bit in more than one spot. Save your money for someone who cares about their work. His price was right where the other contractors prices were.

I had one contractor from a different company come in and he gave me a price but said he would not be able to repair until a week later. I then called WTC and was quoted $500 less and they fixed it same day in about 20 min. These guys were awesome and quite, didn't even notice they were here, done and gone.
