He is willing to come quickly if there is an emergency type problem. However, on the down side, I think his quotes and prices are high. He knows there is a shortage of plumbers in the area and he takes advantage of that. When my usual plumber is away then I use this firm, otherwise he is not my first choice. He has a good reputation locally especially among his older clientele
