They do all this because they got the Ace Hardware heart. It might be a bit pricier here than Home Depot or, God forbid, Lowe's (DO NOT GO TO LOWE'S! they got worse than service than popeyes chicken), but the helpful hardware folks who work here are worth the extra penny. Sometimes I feel like pulling out a crisp 20 or benjamin and giving it to these guys because they are so awesome. I been to every section and talked to all the regular faces who work here.
