These people are scammers. in business about 10 + years, they prey on unsuspecting business owners who they claim "Dont have an up to date Google business listing". They will offer to fix it for you for a price, then charge a monthy maintainance fee to manage the yaccount. IF YOU TURN THEM DOWN, be prepared to have several new NEGATIVE reviews posted about your companu by them directly. Coincidentally you will then receive another phone call from a different company We can remove your negative google reviews for a price" they keep changing their company name, but it is still the same scam running. Scam!!!! Cost me a few thousand dollars before I realized the marry go round I was on had not end product results After not getting the results and laying my own staff to do the job. I tried to cancel service as I was out of contract but they found a way to run us around in circles yet again and we finally had to block the auto draft. After laying for these services not provided we found that they had ownership rights to our listing which they somehow got Unverified even though we did the work to list them and paid them for those listings. This company operates under several different names. Such as Web Solutions LLC or Prime Directory Services. They are snake oil salesmen and scammers. They robocall my business number 3 - 10x a day from different numbers, clogging my voicemail box with their robocall bot talk. Despite requesting to be removed from call-lists several times, they call more and more frequently. They also mock you, when you tell them to please stop calling, I have an SEO service already. When I finally got tired of asking to be removed, I listened to their sales pitch (full of lies about my Google status & SEO ranking) and got the company contact info. I am now pursuing legal action against this company and it's shell-companies for harassment and lost business revenue. Please, file FCC complaints against this companies illegal robocalling & Better Business Bureau complaints if you were scammed or harassed by their illegal telemarketing practices & falsely representing themselves as a "partner of Google". read more

There should be a ZERO stars option! Very unprofessional and terrible business ethics! I have used Google ads for many years to generate leads and appointments for my small business. I saw a Facebook ad for Broadleaf's ads management that looked intriguing, and thought why not hear what they have to say? I figured if they could generate more leads than I was currently getting then I would be willing to pay for that. So I scheduled a call with a representative and during that meeting I felt reasonably assured (based on the convincing nature of the sales pitch) that I would get much better results if I paid Broadleaf to create and monitor the ads for me. So I decided to give it a shot. Before contracting with this company I was consistently getting 4 or 5 calls every week from my ads that turned into appointments. Once Broadleaf's ad replaced the one I had been running I immediately stopped getting ANY calls. When I expressed concern after a couple of weeks, I was told that when any change is made it can take up to 90 days to see any results. I was skeptical of this, since I had always seen results much sooner, but I wanted to give them a fair chance, so I went with it. But after 3 months the only thing this company succeeded in doing was destroying the consistent lead flow I worked so hard to create! When I called to cancel, Brittany pulled out all the stops to try and get me to reconsider. She offered to slash the price of the monthly program several times. She was obviously trained in hard core sales techniques and she really put on the full court press. I was firm in that I had lost enough money investing in this and I absolutely gave it a chance to work for me, but it did not! When she realized she wasn't going to save the deal, she then started insisting that I should at least still subscribe to some other program they offer for $150 per month. I declined several times, but she was not taking no for an answer. I kept saying I really don't even understand what I would be getting for that money, and she just kept pushing it. She finally said that she would give me the first month free, and that I would not be charged until the beginning of the second month after I'd had time to see if it was working. To be honest, I still really don't know what the program was supposed to do, I think it had something to do with being listed certain places online?!? I really wasn't interested but I knew she wasn't going to let me off the phone until I agreed, so I caved. I was assured that I could cancel before the second month started if I wasn't happy. She sent me a contract to sign, which I was skeptical of and I called her back just to be verbally assured that I wouldn't be charged until the end of the first month and that I would not be obligated to continue if I wasn't happy with how the month went. She assured me that was correct. Fast forward to one month later, my cc was indeed charged on the 1st, and when I called (on the 3rd because, busy!) I was basically told "too bad", that they would not reverse the charge because "technically" I signed and agreed to it and I would have had to call them at least one day before the first of the month. Francis (billing dept. supposedly) spent over an hour repeating (as if to a kindergartener) that "TECHNICALLY" I signed a contract, and waited two days too long to cancel, so even though the payment was for the upcoming month (services that had not been rendered yet) I would NOT be refunded. Just WOW. So they're going to die on the hill of technicality to avoid refunding my $150, even though I spent thousands with them for zero results. I hope they enjoy that money, it sure doesn't hurt me to lose it, except on principle. BUYER BEWARE - This is a company full of slick talking, dog & pony show, hard core SALES driven dirtbags. Customer satisfaction and "doing the right thing" doesn't mean a thing to anyone in this company. I believed their promises for far too long. My bad, I guess. This is a sham company. They have conned us out of thousands of dollars we caught after an audit of our business credit card statements. They provided absolutely no work after promises of their LOTUS software. Calls to this organization go unanswered. In four months they provided one "report" after we disputed the charges with Amex. That is the ONLY time they have tried to reach us. The report was bogus and did not reflect any actual listings our company has on social media. We started a new business and hoped to get a leg up on Google and SEO. Somehow they get a notice that you have signed up and claim they are "Google partners" and show you a slick online demo showing 70+ different sites to connect you to and claim their solution automates and gets you there faster for searches. BS completely it is slick looking but does nothing more than getting you on a few no-namers while the other big ones just take time and they improve nothing. They say it will take a few months and don't charge a monthly then they hit you with monthly and still no improvement. I asked questions and kept getting no answer until I cut off payments and went thru AMEX to get a refund. Magically they got in touch and claimed they did their part which by their fine print is NOTHING and I got no money back as their boilerplate language is quite protective of their scam in what they tell you verbally vs. what they commit in writing are VASTLY different. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. EVER. Total Scam costing a minimum $1500 DO NOT TRUST the reviews they do not seem legit. Check BBB and dig in vs. trusting the 5 star reviews. Beware of this company. They promise listings on 70 different platforms in their marketing and even the contract. The reality is there are only 43 listings available on the Lotus platform that they attempted to list my business on. The link is broken on 23 of them revealing no listing at all. What remained was only 20 actual listings. They also published my home address, not my business address and they refuse to correct it. They lied to me claiming to be an authorized Google contractor which is the only reason I went with them to begin with. I disputed the charge with my bank and won. That speaks volumes. read more

After getting multiple automated calls from this company I spoke with a rep and explained how poorly my company was set up to be found online. Doing a quick search with him found that we were the very first listing on google. He tried to explain why I still needed to pay his company to fix inaccuracies even though they didn't seem to be having any effect on search engines. They make themselves sound like they are with Google however they are not associated at all After realizing this I asked to be removed from their call list and I was adruptly hung up on. I called back to get the company name and the next rep was concerned why I was writing down the company name. On Yelp there are only 4 reviews all glowing. But if you look at the Better Business Bureau there are 7 of which 6 are terrible. read more

Scammers! Don't waste your time or money on this. They call you saying they work for Google, promise you'll make tons of money off this investment, ask for your credit card info over phone with no time to decide, and if you say you NEED extra time they will flat out hang up on you. I am hard pressed to believe that the good reviews they have aren't actually from their OWN employees. AJ S. who owns the 'booming gas station' types like the person who initially phoned me from their company. Very unprofessional dialogue should have been my first red flag. The first representative I talked with told me he liked to look at Victoria Secret models in Magazines when I mentioned the word Victoria. When I asked to confirm that they work FOR Google, they took a round about way of telling me they work WITH Google. Not even close to the same thing. You don't need this service. Contact a PR company for inventive ways to get your business name out there, or find a reputable company that can help you with creating your brand and getting your brand awareness out into your community. All this company can do is create Search Engine Optimization (SEO) words so your listing comes up first from a Google search. If you have a website, your website developer can do that for a fraction of the cost and won't scam you near as hard as this company, Broadleaf Marketing & SEO, will. Also, Jesse, their "Broadleaf Specialist" has TERRIBLE customer service, interrupted me, then hung up on me. Be weary of ANY company calling you saying they work for Google.
