We hired this company at an outrageous price because we had several complex issues that needed to…read morebe addressed. First, be aware that the contract they send you is a year long. The only way out of the contract is to pay them the remainder of the contract. If, for whatever reason, the relationship does not work out, you will still be held responsible for rhe remainder of the contract. Second, they are not CPA's but they charge 150.00 an hour for someone who probably makes less than 18.00 dollars an hour to do the work. They don't have the expertise or qualifications to charge 150.00 an hour. Jayme Rose is certified by quickbooks and her background is not in book keeping. Third, they associate with a CPA to do your taxes. Ok. That is not the worst arrangement except you are not provided with the CPA's information. Just that they associate with a CPA. Fourth, they don't listen or take feedback. At the rate they charged (14,000) to update our books and do the taxes, they should be willing to listen to feedback and adjust. Unfortunately, feedback is viewed as obstructive criticism and they begin to bill you for taking up to much of their time. Fifth, they claim to keep track of their time. In the event they feel you have spent to much of their time, they send you additional billing without any discussion. I was sent a bill for 1,100 above the 14,000 and the monthly contract price of 850.00. I requested detailed time records and they could not produce anything. They provided a billing statement but no details. Sixth, they repeatedly sent the wrong person my personal information and then get upset when I did not respond to information I did not receive. Seventh, they decided unilaterally to increase our monthly rate from 850.00 to 1500 without any discussion. They will claim our rate was raised because we took more time than originally anticipated. Again, no detailed billing was provided. Finally, the most aggravating issue from a technical standpoint is the way they handle obtaining bank transactions. They don't tell you when they are trying to obtain bank statements and then they are upset that you are not standing by your phone to give them the authentication number to access the account. I don't generally leave negative reviews. In fact, feel free to check the other reviews I have left. but this was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and does not have the ability to deal with anything that is upsetting to her so she constantly talks down to you and tries to spin things as your fault. The bottom line is that they are not qualified to do anything complex or difficult but they are happy to bills for expertise they don't possess.

EFS made us sign a one year agreement. One month after signing, our bank said we no longer have to have this. We immediately notified EFS and asked if the monthly $490 charges can be negotiated as they have not done any work for us. I asked to even pay some of the contract if they can cancel it. They declined and still bill us monthly for no work performed. I definitely understand about contracts but act a little professional here and make some concessions. Don't do business with people like this. They are not true professionals at all.
