Frantz Villiers speaks English and was always communicating with me. The fixture was perfectly wrapped and Frantz emailed me the FedEx number and time of delivery two days after purchase. Besides the amazing antique collection it is important for individuals who do not live in France to have dependable service. Village Nortre-Dame meets this test. A number of the staff here also speak enough English to have a conversation in case you don't speak French :-) Service is good and they have a great hassle free return policy which we have used a couple of times. Many of the items are in stock but a lot of stuff needs to be ordered and picked up at a later date. All items on stock are clearly marked so you know. I like this shop and been to two other branches of theirs and had a good experience.
