Time from order to delivery *WOULD HAVE BEEN* 11 days. 5/21/2021 I received a voicemail stating that THEIR supplier had pushed out THEIR ship date until the 1st or 2nd week of September. This is a delay of almost *FOUR MONTHS*. They wanted to know if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to just leave the order in place. Really? They really thought I might be willing to wait *FOUR MONTHS* for a pair of batteries? Unbelievable. I called immediately and let them know I was going the refund route. They sat on my money for a week and a half before contacting me about this and then told me it might take a few days for my refund to show up in my account. Marshall Campbell pointed fingers at everyone but themselves for this clusterfunk.
