The job turned out to be a lot more complicated than either of us suspected, but he completed the work quickly and competently (the floor looked terrific, too!). He did the work while under pressure, since he had clients backed up -- in fact, submitting a review for him is kind of like telling everyone you know about this great little restaurant, then hoping it doesn't get jammed with new clients to the point where you can't even get a reservation any more! Not only did he damage the property with his caveman-like assessment techniques, his quote ended up being more than the house was worth! His quote for some routine work was... wait for it... $290,000! (no typo) I ended up getting everything fixed for $40,000. This conman probably didn't have the time or knowledge to do the job so he overpriced the quote big time so he could pocket the fee for the quote. I received multiple other quotes ranging from $35,000 - $90,000 from reputable contractors and they all couldn't believe when I showed them Dustbin's quote. When I brought this up to Dustin, he refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM DUSTIN WELLS!
