Called TipTop because of a recommendation from a local foundation company, a representative from…read moreTipTop showed up, I described to him what I needed done, he took measurements and notes and let me know that he would be calling or texting me the estimate within a day or two. After several days passed I called, he apologized and said he forgot, and he would let me know as soon as possible what the estimate was. After waiting a week I called him again, and again he apologized and still didn't have the estimate. So I am still waiting for this estimate from this "highly recommended " company with all these good reviews and I can't even get a call back, or an estimate for the job. Seems pretty strange to me for a company to have such a highly regarded reputation and something like this to happen. Been waiting several months to hear from them. Eddie Strickland
