I got the broken cream matcha latte for myself but I ended up liking the broken cream latte better. I think it's because the matcha is pre-made. I saw them squeeze in two different bottles of concentrate while preparing my drink. It was not bad by any means but I've had better matcha. My group also had the organic roasted matcha (hojicha) latte and honey yuzu refresher, which they enjoyed. There were some seats available when we visited at 11 a.m. on a Monday but it was pretty limited. We waited in line for about 10 minutes but it became even longer quickly after.

Love me some Broken Coffee! This location on Spring Mountain near Decatur is beautiful. Nicely lit with lots of wooden accents, they just installed a new bench for more seating. My favorite lately has been the broken cream roasted matcha latte on ice, but I also love the onyx coffee shake and the broken cream latte, and the broken cream strawberry latte (no caffeine but so tasty!) it is a guilty pleasure as it is a bit on the pricey side, that broken cream is so rich and delicious and adds such a nice sweetness to their drinks. First sip is always like Ohmygaaah! Haha, no exaggeration! The service is always efficient and friendly, and their baked goods are truly done so well (love the strawberry cookie and the lemon poppyseed cookie!) thanks broken coffee for the sweet treats, be back soon I'm sure of it.

Nothing if broken about this coffee spot. Broken Coffee is perfection. Store's aesthetic is on point for sure. The moment you walk in, airy, inviting, plenty of seats and even some work table/chairs if you want to work here. It was our first time and we were recommended a few items. And their cookies were amazing to look at so we did get a few. Note: it's not cheap but we think it's worth it. Coffee and matcha, very good. Not too over powering or too strong. Cookies, huge, thick and actually soft and great flavors.

This spot is super cute! Inside there are a bunch of tables for sitting/ studying or just having a matcha. But WOW!!! You have to come here to try their cookies!!! The strawberry one is amazing! The s'mores is super chocolatey! Now onto the matcha, the matcha is strong but light in sugar. If you like strong flavored drinks you'll have to add more sugar. But overall Good flavor. The customer service is good, the worker was attentive and nice! Anyways definitely would be back for cookies 10/10!

THEY ARE THE FASTEST MATCHA MAKERS I HAVE EVER SEEN. The line wrapped around the entire store but I don't think I spent more than maybe 10-15min there from start to finish. Once I ordered, my drinks were ready in 2 minutes. I came in at 11am on a Saturday and all the cookies were already sold out so will try to come earlier next time. But for my drinks: Iced matcha cream latte (9/10): the cream top was the perfect combo of sweet n salty but it is THICK so I recommend mixing it HEAVILY after the first few sips. I wish there was a bit less of the cream top because it feels like a milkshake for the first few sips & the cup is filled to the brim with ice so those sips take like half of the cup. Iced strawberry matcha cream latte (8/10): I love that the puree doesn't taste extremely artificial & you get the cream top with this as well. Personally, I leaned more towards the regular matcha cream latte but would get the strawberry again as a midday sweet treat. Also recommend heavily mixing this. Overall, happy I came and would definitely come back. Ranks on the higher end for other matchas I've tried but def not at the top.

Stopped by Broken Coffee around 9AM on a Thursday. The shop was fairly empty when we arrived, so there were plenty of tables to work from. It was not too loud, the Wi-Fi was strong and there were a lot of outlets available. The crowd builds up closer to noon, and the parking lot started to fill up. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain the drink options to us. I ordered the iced broken cream latte, since I wanted something similar to an einspänner (typically served over black coffee). To my surprise the latte itself didn't feel heavy, the sweetness was well-balanced and the cream top was delicious. We also ordered a mocha latte and requested less sweet, but it still came out pretty sweet. The highlight of the order was the s'mores cookie! We asked for it warmed, the double chocolate cookie itself was not overtly sweet, and the melted marshmallow added the perfect texture. We had a wonderful first visit, with a comfortable work environment. I would definitely return the next time I'm in town!

I will be dreaming about this cafe for a long time This is literally the best Strawberry Matcha latte I have tried in my lifeeeee!! The matcha flavor is strong and so is the strawberry purée! Neither flavor is overpowering and they're both very present in the drink which makes it so tasty and SO yummy I was actually astonished at how quickly my drinks were made that when they called my order out, I told myself that it was too quick to have had my drinks made because I had just ordered them just before confirming with the barista. Broken Coffee is so pretty and they have music playing which makes it a perfect place to enjoy your drink and a chit-chat with your people. I will be waiting to come back and visit because this was the best Strawberry Matcha I have ever had

What a cute cafe! Broken Coffee is a cafe within Pacific Asian Plaza that serves a variety of drinks and pastries. The ambiance here is minimalist, yet cozy. The staff here is super welcoming, so expect a friendly hello! I ordered the Broken Cream Latte which was recommended by the barista at the register. It is so sweet, yet subtle - picking on the right notes of coffee. Broken Coffee is an easy, caffeine quick-fix - so make sure to stop on by to try their drinks. I know I will come back to try more!!

Broken cream orange latte with almond milk has got to be my all time fav espresso drink ever! With organic tangerine juice and sweet cream foam. And for someone that gets their stomach messed up sometimes by heavy cream this one didn't at all. It was so delicious that I finished the whole thing (which I never can finish a whole coffee drink) especially after a huge breakfast The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They started my drink as I was ordering it and before even paying. Now that's what I'm talking about. Minimal wait for my specialty drink. Place was simple and organic looking. More comfy seating would have brought this place up a notch. Everything was hard wooden benches and chairs Cushions or a plush couch would was been more pleasurable but I get they're going for that simplistic look I loved their pouch in the color of egg yolk yellow and their bag that matched my outfit perfectly with curved stitchings

I wonder if they were inspired by broken records. I'm ready to repeat this place already. Broken Coffee is a local coffee chain that launched their first spot at Cheongdam Food Hall, then expanded to this spot on Spring Mountain much closer to me. I was just wrapping up lunch at Big Dan in SF Supermarket on the other end of this plaza when I decided I could tick something else off my checklist real quick. My friend recommended the Broken Cream Orange Latte ($6.00), so I went with it. It's described as milk, cream, espresso... and orange juice. Yep, the other typical breakfast beverage. But it blends shockingly well, and the effect reminds me of the orange in a (milk) chocolate orange. The creaminess is great and the sweetness is balanced. Best of all, the drink feels much more refreshing than a typical latte. The interior is surprisingly spacious, and it's relaxing enough for studying or hanging out. Service is friendly and my drink came out quickly. Parking did feel a bit tough, which isn't surprising when they're right next to 2-ish Sushis Neko. I'm planning to come back to Broken Coffee sooner than later. Some of the hojicha and yuzu items are already calling my name. Hopefully they'll even venture out toward Henderson one day.

This location opened 7 months ago, located at the same plaza as SF and Neko, and it's right next to Neko sushi. It's very spacious inside, but the seatings are more for hanging out and not the cafe you can bring in the laptops. I got strawberry cream latte (which has no caffeine), London fog (earl gray tea latte) and orange cream latte with one mochi milk bread. The London fog is really good, perfectly mixture of the tea and cream, and not sweet. The orange cream latte is not bad, you can taste the orange and somehow blended in great with the coffee. The strawberry cream latte is mediocre, just strawberries mix with cream and milk, but good for kids and elders if they worry about caffeine. I like the mochi milk bread, which is in a cute toast shape but has good amount of mochi inside! They sold out the salted croissants, will go back for it

This most recent visit, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup; it was delicious as always. I also got a churro cruffin to try that was so tasty; the cream in the middle was a surprise! It was good, but I wish I had known there was cream inside so I could've opted for something that didn't require me to take a Lactaid. I do like popping in her a few times a year, but I will say customer service is lacking. I don't think I've ever received overly friendly service, but this past Saturday I came right at opening and the 2 employees I interacted with just seemed absolutely miserable to be there at 7:00am. I get it, I hate mornings too, but this is your job, maybe be a bit more hospitable to your patrons.

I was told to wait a moment and I said sure no worries. I patiently waited and waited until it was over 10 minutes and also realizing there's another car behind me. So I moved forwarded to the window and at this time it is now 9:20am. When I pulled up to the window. Worker 1 (Asian girl with glasses and short black hair) was just standing & leaning with her back against the drive thru window. When she noticed me, I told her that I was waiting for over 10 minutes there for someone to come back and take my order. She stated they were "busy" with only 6 customers in the lobby but no line at the register? And that she was talking through the intercom but didn't hear anything? Weird. Cause it was just find 10/15 minutes ago... I explained that she could have checked in and apologized for the wait but she did not do that. I asked her am I able to get a discount for such a long unnecessary wait? She chuckled and said "no." And then walked away. (SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) Worker 2 (white girl with glasses and nose piercing with blonde highlighted hair) came over with my coffee and I asked her if she was the manager. She said "yes." I tried to explain the situation and she completely cut me off right away not wanting to hear me as the customer out. She explained she heard it all and she doesn't have the time for this and that I was initially being aggressive (BIG LIE TO MAKE HERSELF FEEL ON TOP OF THE SITUATION). I told her I clearly have not been aggressive from the start and how ridiculous it is to for the both of you to not take accountability of this situation. Now I am extremely mad because she decided to escalate the situation but cussing back and forth. Instead of hearing the customer out and apologizing about it, I was told to leave because they had "no time" for any of it. I have been coming to this location for years and have never once been treated like this. And on top of that when refunding me because she rather do that than putting her ego aside and taking accountability, she shorted me $2. My order was $13 and change and I gave $15. When receiving my money back. I didn't not receive the whole $15. I got mistreated and stolen from, from this location by these two workers who refused to give me their names. I DO NOT recommend coming here for your coffee needs. It is absolute disgusting behavior these two so called women had. They absolutely need RETRAINING on customer service and definitely RETRAINING on how to act as a manager of the establishment. Completely disappointed. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would with this review!
