Jim, at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. Big breakfast area downstairs. It's free from 6-10am. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub which we didn't use. Parking is free. Then they tell me That my next night would come off after 11 am so that 3 payments out of my account..I wake up the morning of check out to find 301.00 plus another 159.00 stolen from my bank account...leaving my checking drained. Then the girl that called herself the manager say we need to check you out and recharge you again. DO NOT STAY HERE. They even admitted that all staff are not trained. After stealing my money the admitted they need coaching...im left in Bozeman Mt with my 10 year old daughter with my bank account drained...I am repirting to the BBB!!!

Our room was lovely, (with a large en suite bathroom), and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts Leigh made for us were delicious and elegantly presented (real China and crystal) gourmet meals. It is a nice and peaceful location, just outside of the quaint town of Ennis.... near the Madison River, and a short drive over to Virginia City, and about an hour to West Yellowstone. I highly recommend this place!

I was told about the Jeffers Inn by my sister in law, thank god she told me about it, otherwise I would have been stuck in a seedy old motel. My stay at the Jeffers was absolutely delightful, and the owners, Leigh and Bob are awesome. Leigh makes a killer breakfast, and keeps the house so beautifully as does Bob. And they have an adorable little dog named Bella. I took my toy poodle with me and she and Bella hung out. If you're visiting Ennis for fishing or simply just visiting family, be sure to stay at the Jeffers.

I took my nieces (10, 11, and 15 years,) my mother (63,) and my grandmother (88.) We stayed in cabin two. We all absolutely loved it. It's situated conveniently between Nevada City and Virginia City. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The "breakfast" that is promised at every B&B was an actual breakfast (as opposed to a muffin or granola bar.) They brought it out and served us a hearty meal as we sat in the shade on the lawn. They even had a cute little rock shop inside, so the girls could get some geodes, crystals, and fossils as souvenirs. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families. It was like having our own tiny apartment to ourselves. It was cheaper than getting rooms enough for the six of us at a chain hotel. It was also cleaner, they had real soap in the bathroom, and they were much less stingy with the towels. It was a great experience.

The fishing is consistently beyond comparison - the guides are the best in Southwest Montana; the large, nicely appointed, double occupancy guest rooms are cleverly separated by a step down and partial height partition wall, which provides a nice separation between roommates; the food is superb - gourmet quality and plentiful; and Jay and Mary, the lodge owners, are the nicest, most charming hosts you could ever hope for! Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed ... a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The beds were really comfortable too.
