This happened to me and instead of admitting fault, they sent my "outstanding amount" to a collection agency. Also, it took nearly three months for me to receive my insurance documents after I had paid for coverage. Go elsewhere or deal with your insurance company of choice directly to avoid this costly and frustrating hassle. A.A.
