I would give zero stars, but that's not an option. Our original broker apparently sold her business to Brokerlink and without notice or any options offered, our policies are now held hostage by this faceless, humanity free business with nothing but answering machines and interminable wait times. It's a disgrace. Call the insurance co directly? Nope. They send you back to your "broker." And to imagine, this broker is getting royalties based on our policy. That's gonna stop because I'm looking for another broker.
