That is the feeling I was left with after speaking with this establishment. Had an issue with my laptop's performance and was about to begin upgrading everything by deductive reasoning. Spoke with this business and they were VERY HONEST with me. We did some troubleshooting and they explained to me why it may be time to just consider replacing my laptop. They don't sell computers, they repair them. They definitely knew more than I could acquire through YouTube University so they could have easily taken my money, but they were honest and gave me options that would satisfy my goal but be cost effective as well.
