We had roofing nails throughout our yard due to them using what appeared to be a leaf blower. With pets and or children that's problematic. Also our gutter downspouts were filled with debris. On another note we were informed that if we refer someone to them that has their roof done by Bravo we would get a $500.oo referral check. I referred our neighbor and 6 months later have not received that referral check, even after contacting them 2 months after neighbors were completed. With that being the case will they live up to their promise on the warranty of their work. Hmm ========================================================== After my initial post, Bravo roofing reached out to offer running a magnetic rake around the perimeter (to get any roofing nails I missed) and inspected my downspouts and addressed (if I missed any). They also honored the referral. So with that I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. I can't in good conscience give them a 5 star, since the cleanup should have been inspected and addressed at that time.

I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. Explained what looked good and what could have been done differently but was still ok. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos. We then reviewed all the photos and I got a thorough roofing education, much appreciated! I don't know if they normally spend so much time for a free inspection, but regardless, Chris spent an hour with me and the roof and it didn't cost me anything. No sales pitch or request for me to write a review. I wanted to write a review because I wish I had found them instead of the other company I used. I was blown away that they would be so generous when they knew coming in there was likely no immediate financial benefit for them. From everything Chris explained about how detailed they are and how they take photos of every stage of a roofing project, I think anybody would be well off to use this company. I called Lionheart's office to schedule an appointment to obtain a price estimate and quote…read more On the day and time of the appointment nobody came. I was told they'd show up about 9:00 am /10:00 ish am. I waited until 12:30 pm. NO COURTESY CALL! Having given up on Lionheart's visit, I left to visit a neighborhood friend. There next door to my friends house was Lionheart Roofing inspecting another roof, having just committed to inspecting my friend's roof next. It was obvious to me that I was dropped. I left a note and my number on Lionheart's truck regarding the missed appointment. I then left with my friend to go buy a part for a project he was working on. We were gone about an hour, maybe a bit more when my phone rang as I was standing in my friend's garage. I saw that it was Robert from Lionheart calling me from his truck. He told me he had not forgotten about my appointment rather he blamed the whole thing on a network/electronics issue. He was going to put off my friends inspection to inspect my roof around the corner but I told him to go ahead and take care of my neighbor because he was already there. I rescheduled an appointment with him for the following morning at 8:00 am. The next morning Lionheart didn't show up until 40 minutes later claiming some other incident caused him to be late. AGAIN...NO COURTESY CALL! When he finally showed, he blamed the prior day's missed appointment on his office personnel for having not texted him the appointment info. After looking at my roof he told me that his brother, James, would send me an estimate within a few days. A week went by and...you guessed it....NO ESTIMATE...NO CALL! Today James from Lionheart called to inquire about my intention to replace my roof. I had already made that clear to his brother. I told James I was waiting for his estimate/proposal so I could move forward with having my roof replaced. It's apparent that the left hand doesn't have a clue what the right hand is doing in that company. LIONHEART ROOFING IS GROSSLY INEPT, IRRESPONSIBLE AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I GAVE THE JOB TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.
