The team at the front desk was super accommodating and even recommended additional services that complimented my sugaring. Bailey was kind, polite, and--most importantly--professional. That might sound small, but in my experience, a lot of skin and body studios put more emphasis on attitude than expertise, when really both should matter. I'm not coming in because I need more friends; I'm coming in because I value skill and service from an industry professional. Since then, I've been back to S+B twice, including once at the Plano location, which I loved (but forget the esty's name).
