You spend and hour and it gives your body energy, a great detox, improves skin and tones up cellulite as well as helps decrease inflammation. I love this! Since I have fibromyalgia this machine saves me. Massages are always hit or miss...many times triggering flair ups and are simply more expensive not to mention sometimes you deal with therapists who want to talk and share differing beliefs. I spend an hour in this machine and feel a million times better. I just put on ear phones and watch a show for an hour. This also helps in the desire to drink more water because you sweat it all out.
