Came here after being recommended by a supermarket worker. I had received absolutely atrocious service and prices ridiculously marked up at a mobility chain store, so was fully prepared for this to be a trial.
Instead, this was a true delight. The staff were incredibly friendly with no ulterior motive - they actually cared about finding the best support for me without any pressure. I began to actually look forward to our communication and have rolled away with a fantastic new wheelchair without being given the hard sell. I have visited many mobility suppliers and always came away feeling slightly exploited as a vulnerable disabled person, but here was not like this at all. I was treated with respect and dignity from start to finish and am extremely pleased with the service.
When I first needed a repair on my old wheelchair it was done within a couple of days, and when it broke completely (and dangerously) the staff were sympathetic and informative about what had gone wrong. While in there I spotted the new wheelchair and was given information about it without being pressured or steered towards it (the pun was unavoidable!).
My new wheelchair has great battery life and is sturdy and lightweight, and in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with this chair I know that Brian and his team will be more than happy to help.
