Have had it for 5+ years. Loved it, however, because I set it up at an former workplace, my email address/password no longer existed. AND, I forgot the user name and password. Therefore, I couldn't gain access to use the iPad!! OK I thought, I will call Apple Support, which was done. For 3 bloody years I fussed with all of their antics in their tech department with no less than 3 different senior engineers. None of them could tell me how to get access, break into it, change password because the old email address was no longer in existance. Nevermind how much useless time I spent with those BoBos who told me they definitely help me----WELL THEY COULD NOT!! Their advice: Buy a New iPad!! Along came a mutual friend of me and Jack. She advised me that Jack could fix ANYTHING. He took the iPad and in just a few days, I was sitting in amazement that I had the iPad back just like new, working like new and performing like new!
